District 1 Contracting was founded by Anton with a clear vision: to raise the standard of professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship in the construction industry. Early in his career, he recognized a common challenge faced by homeowners and businesses alike; finding a contractor they could genuinely trust. Too often, clients were left dealing with poor communication, missed deadlines, and inconsistent workmanship. Seeing this gap in the market inspired Anton to build a company that would do things differently.
